All Our Drywall Services in Caledon

Drive through Caledon and most of what you see is farmland and forest, over 75% of the town sits inside the protected Greenbelt, which is part of why it’s been named one of the safest towns in Canada to live in. But the parts that aren’t protected are growing fast. Bolton, the town’s main hub, along with Caledon East and the newer subdivisions pushing north, have added residents at a 15% clip over the past five years. That means a lot of Caledon drywall work right now is either a country estate on a few acres, or a brand new subdivision house going up where a field used to be, and those two jobs don’t look anything alike.

Why Caledon Counts On Express Drywall Services

• Large country properties need a different pace – estate homes on acreage often mean bigger crews, longer drives between rooms, and coordinating access on properties where the nearest hardware store isn’t around the corner.
• New subdivisions are going up fast – builders working the newer Bolton and Caledon East developments need framing and drywall crews who show up on schedule, not sometime this month.
• A lot of older farmhouses are getting renovated, not torn down – Caledon has plenty of century homes being updated rather than replaced, and matching new drywall into old plaster walls takes a different skill set than a straight new build.
