All Our Drywall Services in Pickering

Pickering became a city in 2000, and its population has grown steadily from roughly 6,000 residents in 1850 to over 91,000 by the 2016 census, with much of that growth arriving after the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station opened in 1971 and postwar subdivisions filled in around Frenchman’s Bay. The city borders Ajax to the east and Toronto and Markham to the west, and its mix of established communities like Bay Ridges alongside newer neighbourhoods near Pickering Town Centre creates steady demand for drywall work of every kind. That combination of older housing stock and continued growth is exactly why Pickering homeowners need a reliable drywall contractor.

Why Pickering Counts On Express Drywall Services

• Home to one of Ontario’s largest employers – the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station and its 3,000-plus workforce support a steady base of local homeowners investing in renovations, and our drywall installation crews handle that demand.
• Postwar subdivisions around Frenchman’s Bay – many Bay Ridges and south Pickering homes date to the 1950s and 60s, and our drywall repair and patching services are built for updating that older housing stock.
• Bordered by Ajax, Whitby and Markham – working across Durham Region’s boundary towns means our crews are used to matching different municipal inspection requirements on the same job.
